Our first blizzard: Ron’s and my new relationship includes many firsts. In the selfie, we are posed before the falls.  We’d lingered all morning at his place, lounging on the couch, sipping tea, amazed by the snow falling steadily outside.  Mid-March and our first real snowfall of the winter.  Later, when it let up a bit, we decided to walk through the Whatcom Falls Park. The falls thundered and trees limbs broke all around, the weight of wet snow too heavy.  Several times we had to run for cover.  And of course, we had to share a kiss at the falls.
